About D.C. Goodman & Sons
D.C. Goodman & Sons is a commercial mechanical contractor based in Huntingdon, PA, with our own shop, warehouse, and fabrication space. We’re a hands-on, get-it-done team — and keeping our own house in order is just as important as the work we do in the field.
Our Culture Is Key For Our Growth
At D.C. Goodman & Sons, great work starts with great people. We take pride in our craft, hold ourselves accountable, and treat every client, contractor, and teammate with respect. As we grow, we create opportunities for our people to develop their skills, take on new responsibilities, and build lasting careers. We believe when our people succeed, the company succeeds. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a team raising the bar in commercial mechanical contracting, you belong here.
Here’s Where You Come In
You walk into a disorganized space and immediately see the system it could be. You’re hands-on, resourceful, and take ownership — whether that’s managing a maintenance schedule, organizing inventory, or coordinating a vendor. You see what needs attention, fix it, and build a process so it stays that way.
What You Should Know
This is an internal role — you’re managing our facility and fleet, not client job sites. You’ll sit at the center of our operations, working closely with leadership and across departments with real autonomy to make decisions and build better systems. We value people who think like owners and bring order to complexity.
