  • Coordinate relationships with external recruitment agencies when approved and help build ongoing talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.

HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Coordinate new-hire documentation, system set-up, onboarding schedules and orientation in partnership with managers, IT, Payroll and Office Services.
  • Maintain confidential and up-to-date employee records in BambooHR and personnel files in accordance with privacy, retention and internal requirements.
  • Respond to routine employee and manager questions regarding HR programs, policies, procedures, benefits, vacation, leaves and HR systems; escalate complex, sensitive or higher-risk matters to the HR Manager.
  • Support benefits and group retirement plan administration, including enrolments, changes, terminations, employee inquiries and coordination with Payroll and external providers.
  • Coordinate probationary and annual performance review cycles, monitor completion, follow up with managers and employees and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities, including documentation, internal notifications, system updates, exit interviews and return-of-property requirements.
