This role focuses on proactively identifying potential customers, initiating sales conversations through cold calls and emails, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable reaching out to new prospects, handling objections, following up consistently, and working toward measurable sales targets. Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or B2B SaaS is an advantage, but proven outbound sales skills are the priority.

- Generate new leads through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calls and personalized cold emails.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
Lead Qualification and Sales Engagement
- Initiate conversations with prospective customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and current processes.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, suitability for the client's solutions, and readiness to explore a potential partnership.
- Handle initial objections, communicate the value of the client's solutions, and determine appropriate next steps.
- Schedule qualified sales meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow-Up and Lead Nurturing
- Maintain regular contact with prospects who have expressed interest but are not yet ready to proceed.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and emails to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward.
- Keep prospects informed and engaged throughout the initial stages of the sales process.
CRM and Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, contact information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Monitor pipeline progress and track key sales development metrics, including outreach activity, leads generated, qualified prospects, and meetings booked.
- Provide regular updates on prospect engagement, pipeline development, and outreach performance.
Sales Performance and Collaboration
- Meet or exceed established targets for outbound activity, lead generation, prospect qualification, and qualified meetings.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
- Continuously improve prospecting strategies, messaging, and follow-up approaches to increase engagement and conversion rates.
What You Need:
- At least 3–4 years of professional B2B sales, sales development, or business development experience, with direct responsibility for outbound prospecting.
- Hands-on experience conducting cold calls and cold emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Proven ability to initiate sales conversations, qualify potential customers, and generate leads or book qualified sales meetings.
- Experience handling objections, following up with prospects, and maintaining consistent outreach activity.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business decision-makers. C1-level English proficiency is expected.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities independently.
