This role is based in our head office in Belfield Office Park, Clonskeagh, Dublin, with four days in the office (Monday-Thursday) and Fridays remote.

Role Summary

This is a dual role opportunity focused on structuring funding solutions for new and existing businesses, from originating and converting new opportunities to developing and growing established customer relationships.

  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention, repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring customer developments, risks and opportunities are accurately documented and communicated internally.

Commercial & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with referral partners, professional advisers, institutional funding partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead customer meetings, presenting Financefair's funding solutions confidently to business owners, finance leaders and senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, customer and portfolio information within HubSpot and internal reporting systems.
  • Contribute to commercial strategy by sharing customer insights, market intelligence and competitor activity.

  • 3-5 years' experience in banking, lending, corporate finance or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing financing opportunities or complex commercial transactions from origination through to completion.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with SMEs, founders, advisers and senior decision makers.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with knowledge of debt, structured finance, working capital or commercial lending products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities within a fast paced environment.
