Discovery Kidzone is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team in Bozeman. You'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can explore, build relationships, and develop through play and meaningful everyday experiences.

What You'll Do
As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel secure and excited to learn.
You'll:
- Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and play
- Prepare bottles and follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures
- Create engaging experiences through music, sensory activities, books, movement, and play
- Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
- Maintain a calm, positive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Observe and document children's daily activities and developmental milestones
- Communicate professionally with families about children's routines, progress, and milestones
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support a successful classroom
- Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy learning environment
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience to join our team. We're looking for someone who is:
- At least 16 years old
- Caring, patient, dependable, and attentive
- Interested in infant and toddler development
- Positive and comfortable working as part of a team
- Organized and able to stay calm in a busy classroom
- A strong communicator
- Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing training
- CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Previous childcare experience is helpful, but not required. Paid training is provided!
