Position Summary

Ready to be a superhero in scrubs? Join our fantastic team as we embark on a mission to brighten the lives of our residents! You'll be the maestro of medications, the champion of care, and the guardian of good times. Get ready to orchestrate daily personal care needs while staying true to our company's awesome mission and values. Your superpower? Anticipating, identifying, and reporting care needs like a pro! Plus, you'll be the medication maestro, ensuring our residents get the right meds, at the right time, in the right way – it's like conducting a perfectly tuned symphony of care!

Your Exciting Adventure Includes:

  • Be a personal care rockstar! Swoop in to help residents with their daily needs faster than a speeding bullet.
  • Transform into the ultimate makeover artist – assist with bathing, dressing, and meals. Remember, every resident is a VIP on your red carpet of care!
  • Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to anticipate and identify resident care needs. No detail is too small for your eagle eyes!
  • Become a master communicator – keep the good vibes flowing with residents' families, your awesome supervisor, and your cool colleagues.
  • Be the guardian angel of our residents – always on the lookout for their safety and well-being. Think of yourself as a friendly neighborhood watch... but indoors!
  • Play the role of the truth-teller – report any suspicions of abuse, neglect, or resource misappropriation. We're counting on you to keep it real!
  • Be the resident whisperer – notice changes in health or status and report them faster than you can say "superhero"!
  • Transform into a meticulous documentarian – monitor and record resident conditions like you're writing the next bestseller.
  • Become the medication maestro – assist residents with their daily med routines. It's like being a DJ, but instead of sick beats, you're dropping the right pills!
  • Be the go-to person for all things medication-related – alert the RN/LPN or supervisor if you spot anything fishy in the med records or supply.
  • Channel your inner journalist – ensure all documentation is timely and accurate, especially when it comes to medication refusals or treatments.
  • Embrace your inner organizer – restock medication carts and storage areas with supplies. Think of it as preparing for a really important, health-focused party!
  • Be a star attendee at monthly staff meetings – bring your A-game to address resident and departmental needs. It's like a superhero team-up, but with less capes and more clipboards!
  • Stay flexible for other exciting duties as they pop up – because in this job, every day is an adventure!
