We’re searching for a driven, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader – Receivables to take charge of incoming stock, inspire the receivals team and deliver outstanding results every day. Lead from the front:
Coach, motivate and bring out the best in the receivals team.
Take ownership of incoming goods and ensure stock is processed accurately, safely and on time.
Drive the daily workflow and keep receivals moving efficiently.
Make sure every part is checked, labelled and placed in the correct stock location.
Spot issues early, act quickly and partner with the Supervisor or Manager to keep standards high.
Give new team members a great start through practical training and support.
Join forces with the warehouse leadership team to improve processes and lift performance.
Champion safe work practices and set the pace for high standards across the warehouse.
Build a positive culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring to the team:
Proven team leadership experience in warehousing, retail, logistics or another fast-moving environment.
A current forklift licence and a strong commitment to safety.
Great organisation, clear communication and the confidence to lead people.
Confidence using inventory and freight systems, backed by intermediate computer skills.
A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to make things happen.
Experience with RF scanners preferred.
Knowledge of heavy vehicle or commercial spare parts will give you an advantage.
