Every day is exciting as a Chef de Partie. Here’s what you’ll do:

- Set up your section for smooth service, staying in control and organised even during the busiest shifts.
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen, communicate clearly, and support your colleagues to keep everything running perfectly.
