Position: Technical Support Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer support to users regarding technical issues and account-related enquiries
Assist customers with account setup and management
Support customers with game purchases and related enquiries
Handle account security and hacking-related cases
Provide support primarily by phone, as well as through email and other written communication
Identify the cause of customer issues and provide accurate solutions or guidance
Learn and apply technical knowledge of supported systems and devices
Accurately use internal systems and follow established support procedures
Handle sensitive customer and payment-related information within a secure PCI environment
REQUIREMENTS:
C1/C2 level of Polish
B2 level of English
Strong interest in technology and gaming
Ability to learn technical information and new systems quickly
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to investigate issues and provide clear, accurate support
Willingness to work fully on-site in a secure PCI environment
