What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and optimize electronics within our cutting-edge photon detection systems;
- Build and refine test setups to characterize, validate, and improve electrical performance;
- Translate prototypes and concepts into scalable, production-ready electronics;
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot, improve, and refine electronic components;
- Lead efforts in outsourcing, specification writing, and documentation (spec sheets, manuals, file structures).
Your profile and requirements
Who We're Looking For..We’re searching for a resourceful and practical troubleshooter who can effectively solve problems and fix issues. Additionally, you have...
- A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, analytical mindset;
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams - from physicists to engineers and technicians;
- Strong implementer: you can take ideas and turn them into working, documented hardware;
- Excellent organizational habits: from writing spec sheets to standardizing design files.;
- The want to strive to improve existing solutions, better specs, improve the cost effectiveness and make more robust solutions.
- Board level circuit design;
- RF: Transmission lines and filter calculations;
- Digital electronics: PCB interfaces, fast logic gates;
- Electronic measuring setups with devices such as: oscilloscopes, VNA’s, SA’s and AWG’s.
