We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to help us scale our people operations, from contracts and onboarding to payroll and employee administration, with Belgium as our main hub.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations (payroll, contracts, and compliance), mainly for Belgium
Act as the go-to person for employee admin questions (vacation attestations, local labor rules, visa sponsorship, etc.)
Smooth onboarding/offboarding
Help manage employee benefits, including Belgian programs like Mobility budget, group insurance, eco and meal vouchers, and healthcare, plus equivalents in other countries
Work with HR tools and vendors such as Oyster, Rippling, Deel and local payroll partners
Coordinate with legal and HR partners when questions come up around compliance or local employment rules
Good HR and payroll expertise in Belgium, with US process experience as a strong plus.
Familiar with global HR ops (contracts, benefits, compliance, in different regions)
Practical, organized, detail-driven
Tech-savvy with HR tools (Officient, Rippling, Oyster, Deel, etc.)
Clear, strong communicator and eager to learn
