For our dynamic and creative Project Controls Team based in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a full-time Document Controller (m/f/d) (40 hours/week).
Your mission
- You manage document control systems, ensuring project documents are properly stored, maintained, and easily accessible.
- You oversee document revision control and ensure that only the latest approved versions are used.
- You coordinate the distribution, submission, and approval of documents between internal and external stakeholders.
- You review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
- You ensure adherence to company procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory document management standards.
- You prepare reports on document status, revisions, and compliance for management, audits, and project teams.
Your profile
- You have relevant professional experience in document control and document management.
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and maintain a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- You have solid experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and document management systems such as Assai, Aconex, or similar platforms.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are highly organized, work independently, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
