Production. CNC machining, additive manufacturing and post-processing. You take a part from first setup to one that passes inspection.
Engineering. Mechanical, process and quality engineering. You find out why a part failed and change the process so it holds next time.
Software. Backend, robotics, computational geometry and factory software. You build the operating system that plans, runs and checks production on real machines.
Operations. Supply chain, logistics and IT/OT. You make sure material arrives on time, machines stay online and the site runs every hour production does.
Business. Finance, HR, legal and compliance. You build the structures a fast-growing defence and aerospace manufacturer needs to scale across countries.
