YOUR MISSION

In a context of rapid growth, transition to industrialization, and deployment of new production equipment, you will build, lead, and continuously develop Zadient’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment function.

This strategic position is intended to safeguard the site’s long-term development, anticipate regulatory requirements, control industrial risks, and strengthen QHSE capabilities across all teams.

Requirements

QHSE function leadership and development

•  Raise awareness, train, and support employees and managers on quality, safety, environmental, and risk management matters, and develop their capabilities.

•  Lead the DUERP (French Occupational Risk Assessment Document), risk assessments, prevention plans, and follow-up of related actions; analyze incidents, accidents, and hazardous situations, and implement corrective actions.

Candidate profile

•  Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in engineering, QHSE, HSE, industrial engineering, or a related field.

•  Solid experience in a QHSE role within an industrial environment, with significant exposure to industrial risks and process development.
