In this role, you’ll bring your insight, experience, and professional intuition to help clients navigate complex issues and implement meaningful, effective solutions. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where you take ownership of your work, contribute to strategic thinking, and help shape the future of our client relationships.

  • Providing system and process support to help clients improve the way they work
  • Leading the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
  • Offering leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members

About You

  • Skilled at building rapport with a wide range of clients
  • Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, supportive style
  • Strong at managing your own workflow and overseeing junior team members
  • Experience with accounting technology solutions is an advantage
  • Ideally, you’d also have experience leading and managing people, with a strong focus on coaching, development and helping others reach their potential.
