  • Manage labour, materials, plant, and resources to optimise project efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams including Engineers, Package Managers, Supervisors, and Foremen.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless site operations.
  • Review and approve project documentation, reports, and site records, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present detailed weekly project reports, including:
    • Health & Safety updates and incident reporting
    • Programme status and planned versus actual progress
    • 12-week look-ahead schedules
    • Procurement and long-lead item forecasts
    • Commercial variations and change management logs
    • Risk assessments and project delay notifications
    • Industrial relations updates
  • Chair weekly project coordination meetings with key stakeholders, including Safety, QA/QC, BIM, Engineering, and Construction teams.
  • Ensure all actions arising from meetings are recorded, assigned, and successfully closed out.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale electrical projects within sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, hospitality, mission-critical, or data centres.
  • Data centre experience is highly desirable.
  • Trade background and/or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methodologies, project sequencing, and commissioning processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors within fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project reporting, forecasting, and change control processes.

Benefits

  • Work on Europe’s largest and most advanced data centre developments.
  • Be part of a rapidly growing organisation at the forefront of the digital infrastructure sector.
  • Excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.
