We are looking for an experiencedย Senior Windows & VMware Infrastructure Administratorย to manage, maintain, and optimise enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows Server environments and VMware virtualisation platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Windows administration, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, ESXi, PowerShell scripting, server upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
This role requires a proactive infrastructure professional who can ensure system availability, security, performance, and reliability while supporting day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintainย Windows Server environmentsย to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
- Manageย Windows Active Directory, including user and group administration, authentication, access permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintainย VMware vSphere and ESXiย environments.
- Manage virtual machines, resource allocation, virtual infrastructure health, and capacity utilisation.
- Develop and maintainย Windows PowerShell scriptsย to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute Windows Server upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernisation activities.
- Manage server patching, security updates, software updates, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and virtualisation-related incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Support infrastructure backup, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities as required.
- Follow established change-management, security, compliance, and infrastructure maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with IT operations, security, application, and support teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, automation, system performance, and operational processes.

- 6+ years of professional experienceย in Windows administration, infrastructure operations, or systems engineering.
