We are looking for an experiencedย Principal Wealth Advisorย to provide comprehensive, goal-based financial planning and wealth advisory services to high-value clients. The role focuses on understanding each clientโs financial objectives, risk profile, current financial position, and long-term milestones to develop practical and personalised wealth strategies.
You will work across investment planning, retirement planning, tax and estate considerations, budgeting, debt management, and long-term wealth creation. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial planning expertise with excellent client-management skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice.
Requirements
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
โข Work with Wealth Advisors to execute advisory operations.
โข Collaborate with the advisory team to prepare financial plans covering investments, retirement, estate and tax planning, based on each clientโs risk profile.
โข Review clientsโ income, expenses, assets, liabilities and investment portfolios. This includes reviewing work completed by Wealth Advisors.
โข Manage client relationships, understand their financial needs and provide holistic solutions.
โข Implement action plans based on clientsโ financial plans and objectives.
โข Support clients throughout the year.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Academic background
โข Chartered Accountant or top-tier MBA (mandatory), together with one of the following:
โข CFP or CWM; or
โข CFA Level 2 cleared / CFA Level 3 candidate.
Work experience
โข Relevant experience in wealth management, financial planning products or a client-facing wealth role.
โข Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
โข Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
โข Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
โข Committed to personal and professional development.
LOCATION
Full-time role based in Mumbai. Candidates should be comfortable working from the Andheri office.
