What you will do

- Listen actively to understand each client’s needs and recommend tailored solutions from our family law services.

Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Possesses previous sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting
- Has superior computer skills and data entry abilities
- Ability to handle objections with compassion and skill
- Articulate with advanced communication skills by phone and email drafting
- Exhibits active listening with genuine empathy, but maintaining absolute, authoritative control of a phone call to guide potential clients to a financial and legal solution
- Displays a high level of personal accountability
- High School Diploma or its equivalent, office work experience, and a self-directed work ethic
