Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers and make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
- Manage relationships with clients and business partners.
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
- Negotiate contracts with new clients.
- Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements in different markets.
- Continually track and maintain changes to regulations and define strategies to avoid potential conflicts.
- Attend and prepare exhibitions and seminars to promote products and establish relations with of shore importers.
- Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
- Conduct regular market visits to follow up on both the company and competitors’ products and identify potential business opportunities.
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and account plans.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare regular sales and business review reports.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Science or relevant field.
- Chemical Manufacturing experience is a must, with 3-5 years’ experience.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Cairo Resident.
- Must have a valid driving license and a car.
- Good command of English.
