Acting as a trusted strategic partner to clients, this person manages the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from creator sourcing and negotiations to budget allocation, content approvals, performance reporting, and campaign wrap-ups. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously, overseeing 20–30+ paid influencer campaigns, and handling campaign budgets of at least $200,000 USD.
This role requires strong client communication skills, financial and operational ownership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards of execution, client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Experience supporting enterprise-level or Fortune 500 brands is highly valued.

Our client is a full-service influencer marketing agency specializing in creating meaningful stories, experiences, and content through strategic partnerships with influencers.
With years of expertise in influencer marketing they help brands build genuine connections with their audiences and drive measurable results through creative, strategic, and data-driven influencer campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, with hands-on experience developing and executing paid influencer campaigns.
- Previous experience working in a US-based agency environment or directly with US clients.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale paid influencer campaigns and complex creator partnerships.
- Experience managing campaign budgets of at least $200,000 USD, including budget allocation, creator fees, negotiations, and expense tracking.
- Proven ability to oversee 20–30+ paid influencer campaigns or creator partnerships simultaneously.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, or equivalent tools.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently lead client conversations and present campaign results.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level clients or Fortune 500 brands is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT
- Salary: $3,000 USD monthly with good flexibility to go higher depending on experience and overall fit.
- Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
