We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Digital Marketing Senior Coordinator to support the execution of our content marketing, website, social media, email marketing, and broader digital marketing initiatives. This person will play an important role in bringing our marketing strategy to life through compelling content, ongoing website improvements, search optimization, campaign execution, and communications support.

Working closely with the broader marketing team, this person will help translate strategic priorities into high-quality deliverables across multiple channels. They should be a strong writer, an organized project manager, and a curious marketer who enjoys working across disciplines. From developing blog posts and customer stories to building landing pages, coordinating social content, and supporting email campaigns, this role offers an opportunity to contribute across the marketing funnel.

The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of defined projects. They can take an initial brief, ask thoughtful discovery questions, develop a proposed approach, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished work with appropriate stakeholder alignment and approval. While the broader marketing team owns strategy across its respective areas, this person will help drive execution forward, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing & SEO

  • Research, write, edit, and publish approximately one blog post per week to support organic search visibility, thought leadership, and broader marketing objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools such as Ubersuggest to inform content topics, website copy, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Apply SEO best practices and support answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) efforts to improve content discoverability across traditional search and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to refresh, repurpose, and improve existing content based on performance, keyword research, and evolving marketing priorities.
  • Develop internal sales win stories, translating customer successes into concise, engaging slide presentations that help communicate value across the sales organization.
  • Maintain a consistent standard of quality, accuracy, voice, and messaging across digital content.

Website Management & Optimization

  • Support the maintenance of the company website using WordPress, including refreshing existing pages, publishing new content, and implementing ongoing site improvements.
  • Translate project briefs into proposed page structures, copy, and execution plans; ask discovery questions, gather feedback, and secure approval before publishing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website content quality, usability, discoverability, and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure website updates accurately reflect product messaging, customer needs, and broader marketing priorities.

Social Media & Creative Content

  • Support the day-to-day coordination and maintenance of the company's existing social media presence, ensuring content is organized, timely, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative social media ideas that support marketing campaigns, company news, thought leadership, and employee culture.
  • Draft social media captions and coordinate the promotion of blogs, videos, customer stories, company updates, and other marketing content.
  • Develop and maintain recurring social content series, such as customer quote highlights and employee spotlights.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to social media execution, identifying opportunities to improve how content is packaged, promoted, and shared.
  • Assist with the creation of social graphics, video slides, and other visual assets to support social media and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate content planning and publishing to help maintain a consistent social media presence.

Email Marketing & Communications

  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns for prospects, including content coordination, campaign setup, quality assurance, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with email campaign data management, including maintaining audience lists, supporting segmentation, and ensuring campaign data is accurate and organized.
  • Coordinate internal communications related to company standups and other company-wide updates, helping ensure messaging, materials, and follow-up actions are organized and communicated effectively.
  • Help plan and coordinate the CEO's LinkedIn content calendar, supporting content development, scheduling, and follow-through on planned posts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate approvals, and keep communications initiatives moving forward.

Digital Campaign Execution & Analytics

  • Support paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, including campaign setup, copy and creative development, audience testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Partner with team members who own channel strategy to translate campaign objectives into effective assets, landing pages, and campaign variations.
  • Analyze website, content, SEO, SEM, email, and paid campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, and Qualified, along with relevant channel reporting tools.
  • Prepare performance reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve content effectiveness, website performance, and campaign results.
  • Support experimentation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to test messaging, content, audiences, and landing page experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging content for website pages, blog posts, customer stories, social media, and internal communications.
  • A versatile, execution-oriented mindset and an interest in working across content, web, SEO, social media, email, and digital marketing.

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, coordinate feedback, and meet deadlines.
