Can you tell us a little about yourself?

Hi, I’m Erna, a Junior Consultant at Keylane for the Life & Pension business line.

As a Junior Consultant I handle customer tickets together with other colleagues. We check whether the ticket is complete and then look for the colleague or colleagues who can best solve the customer’s problem.

I like the role mainly because of the diversity of tasks.

What do you most enjoy about your role as a Junior Consultant?

I like the role mainly because of the diversity of tasks. Of course, each colleague has his or her preferences for specific type of work, and there is room for that too. I myself work more in Lifetime, but still every day varies, such as administrative tasks or making adjustments to the website. But, the diversity of my colleagues also makes a big difference. I work with many different people which makes the work extra fun.

Why would you recommend Keylane to potential applicants?

I think Keylane is a very good employer. The contracts and conditions are good. As an example, we have Inclusion Days. That means you are not bound to the normal Christian holidays, and this is optional. You can decide which days you take off. It’s things like this that I value so much in my role as a Junior Consultant at Keylane.

And, of course, we have great colleagues and a delicious free lunch. It is things like this that make me feel valued. If this speaks to you, come join our team!
