As a part-time Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) in Henderson, TX, you'll grow your own book of business with uncapped commission and a dedicated field manager behind you.

- No shifts, no clock-ins. You decide when you host events, when you meet with families, and how this role fits around your life.
Build a business that's entirely yours
- You'll run your own aftercare program across Rader's Henderson and Longview locations. You'll also lead community education programs, make home visits, and follow up on past funeral home files. Every sale you close is the result of your own work!
Earn without a ceiling
- Approximate part-time earnings run $20,000-40,000 annually, with no cap on what you can build beyond that. The more you invest in local relationships, the more it pays off!

Requirements
If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one. Licensed agents are strongly encouraged to apply!
- 2-5+ years of consultative sales experience is helpful
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the discipline to manage your own schedule
