What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with clinic, regional, and corporate leaders to understand their needs, support their teams, and provide practical, responsive HR guidance.
  • Coach leaders through employee concerns, performance issues, and organizational changes, applying company policies and practices consistently across both clinical and corporate settings.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders on workforce planning, recruiting strategies, job descriptions, employer branding, career fairs, and community outreach.
  • Lead and support onboarding, orientation, training, and employee development efforts for clinic and corporate employees.
  • Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, compensation, and job classification processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics, employee feedback, and exit interview trends to identify opportunities and inform people decisions.
  • Ensure the consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that strengthen employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least five years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to coach, influence, and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Strong communication, judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively to the needs of both a multi-site clinic workforce and corporate teams.
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, collaboration, and commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Queens and Long Island, with occasional evening or weekend availability based on business needs.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of New York employment laws and HR practices.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, clinical services, multi-site operations, corporate functions, or another distributed workforce.
