The Job in a Nutshell💡
We’re looking for a Part-Time Logistics Operations Specialist to support LAAS’s daily operations and ensure orders are followed up smoothly from assignment to final delivery or return.
This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple parties including drivers, merchants, and customers.
Working Hours: 4 hours per day + 30-minute break
What You Will Do💡
- Monitor and follow up on daily orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers and merchants regarding order status, delays, and operational issues.
- Track delayed or problematic orders and follow up until they are resolved.
- Contact customers when needed to confirm successful delivery or coordinate order returns.
- Coordinate the return of unsuccessful or cancelled orders to merchants.
- Update order statuses accurately in the system.
- Handle order assignment and reassignment when required.
- Follow up with drivers and operational teams through WhatsApp groups.
- Escalate unresolved or urgent cases to the relevant team when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure orders are completed correctly.
Requirements

- Comfortable communicating with drivers, merchants, and customers.

- Arabic is required; basic English communication skills are preferred.
