Requirements

- Minimum age of 21 at the time of application.
- Minimum height of 163 cm.
- High school graduate (grade 12 or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- A genuine passion for people, travel and new experiences.
- Positive, confident, flexible and approachable attitude.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Confident in representing Etihad as a global ambassador.
- Comfortable working irregular hours on a roster basis.
- Able to work effectively within diverse, multicultural teams.
- Committed to onboard safety and strict adherence to procedures.
- High standard of personal grooming, presentation and professionalism.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad cabin crew uniform (one earring per lobe permitted for females; cosmetic or bandage coverings are not permitted).
- No criminal records and ability to travel without restrictions.
- Willingness to serve alcohol (including during Ramadan) and comply with the UAE and GCAA requirements.
- Ability to swim with a flotation device.
