Through their service, they gain hands-on experience, build in-demand skills, and explore career pathways while making a tangible impact in their communities.

About Workforce Alliance of South Central Kanas

  • Collect, organize, and maintain service-related data, attendance records, and other documentation to support reporting requirements and program evaluation activities under staff oversight.
  • Help prepare and maintain training materials, outreach resources, and workshop supplies that directly support approved service activities.
  • Participate in AmeriCorps service activities, trainings, and professional development opportunities, and share observations and recommendations with staff to support continuous improvement efforts consistent with approved program scope and Member responsibilities.
