Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering within the oil and energy sector
- Deep knowledge of the design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotating machinery, including pumps, turbines, and compressors
- Strong familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance
- Highly developed analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in leading projects or teams is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
