- Conduct regular inspections of meters to accurately record energy consumption data
- Collect and analyze meter data to ensure billing accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve meter-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of energy measurement systems
- Manage and maintain accurate records of meter readings
- Perform routine maintenance on meters and report any faults or damages
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing meter reading activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in the oil and energy industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using handheld devices and computer software for data recording and analysis
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to meter reading and energy measurement systems
