- Ability to review and verify material and equipment specifications against standard requirements.
- Professional Certifications related to inspection of building safety, mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings.
- Demonstrate ability to inspect and evaluate existing buildings against codes and standards requirements.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
