You will collaborate with field teams, contractors, and management to assess risks, monitor compliance, and implement effective safety measures and procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- • Maintain full Environmental Compliance with the Saudi Aramco Applicable Environmental
- requirements including SAEP, SAES, GIs and other applicable government regulations.
- • Implement waste management plans for hazardous, non-hazardous, and special wastes including the waste minimization, segregation, storage, transport, and disposal activities with contractors and vendors.
- • Conduct E&OH field audits and inspections as required.
- • Organize and review air emissions monitoring, wastewater sampling, soil assessments and report any non-compliances and ensure corrective actions are tracked and closed in a timely manner.
- • Lead initial environmental spill response coordination, reporting, and root cause analysis, and maintain site-specific Spill Prevention, Control.
- • Conduct regular facility environmental inspections and audits, including contractor facilities, and Track corrective action close-outs in environmental tracking systems.
- • Develop and promote a culture of proactive environmental management, and Deliver
- environmental inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for employees and
- contractors.
- • Prepare monthly and quarterly environmental performance reports, and maintain and update the site’s Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001
Requirements
- • Bachelor degree in, Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial, or in a related discipline from an accredited entity or equivalent. A Master’s Degree or PhD is preferable.
- • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience related to Environmental operations, Oil & Gas industry with minimum of 7 years in Oil & Gas.
- • Certifications (preferred) such as ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, and NEBOSH Environmental Certificate, and Hazardous Waste Management Certification (e.g., RC Hazardous Waste Permit Awareness).
- • Strong knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) principles.
- • Environmental management certification.
- • Legal and regulatory knowledge concerning Environmental.
- • A good eye for Environmental and the ability to pay attention to details.
- • A comprehensive understanding of the Environmental Impact Assessments.
- • Skills in training and motivating colleagues.
- • Familiarity with the time reporting system.
