Senior Business Development Manager - Regulatory & Compliance.

FULL TIMESENIOR LEVELSALES & MARKETING

If you thrive on building relationships, shaping new markets, and selling solutions that genuinely matter to clients facing real regulatory deadlines, this is the role for you.

Joining FE fundinfo as a Senior Business Development Manager for the Nordics, you will own a broad and exciting territory spanning regulatory and compliance solutions alongside dissemination and insights products. This is a rare opportunity to operate with real autonomy and bring your regional expertise to make a direct, visible impact on business growth. With a supportive team behind you and a product suite that creates genuine urgency for clients - regulatory deadlines are a real commercial driver - you will have everything you need to build a strong pipeline and close meaningful deals.

Please note this role is primarily based in Denmark. Should you live in Sweden, you will be required to work from Copenhagen 3 days per week.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Business Development Manager will include:

  • Owning and driving new business development across the Nordic territory for our regulatory, compliance, dissemination, and insights solutions.
  • Generating and progressing a strong pipeline of opportunities with asset managers across the Nordics.
  • Upselling and expanding relationships with existing customers to broaden their use of FE fundinfo's product suite.
  • Partnering with BDRs and account managers to accelerate opportunity generation and share regional market intelligence.
  • Collaborating across the regulatory and compliance team and dissemination and insights team to deliver a joined-up approach to clients.
  • Representing FE fundinfo at regional industry events and client meetings across the Nordic market.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Business Development Manager:

  • You have at least 10 years of experience selling into the asset management community across the Nordic region.
  • You bring an established network of C-level contacts within asset management or related financial services organisations in the Nordics.
  • You have a strong track record of managing enterprise sales cycles end to end, including large and complex RFPs.
  • You have experience selling regulatory, compliance, financial data, data management, or SaaS solutions to financial services organisations.
  • You are confident using a CRM platform to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and apply structured sales qualification methodologies.

FE fundinfo is a leading financial data provider, connecting the investment industry across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific through an integrated platform. Our skilled team empowers clients with data-driven insights, making the industry Navigate Complexity with Confidence!

At FE fundinfo, we believe that great work happens when people feel supported and trusted. You will join a close-knit, high-performing commercial team with colleagues across London, Luxembourg, Zurich, and Paris, and benefit from a hybrid working model that gives you the flexibility to balance office collaboration with the independence that a Nordic territory naturally calls for. We invest in our people through learning and development opportunities, a culture of knowledge-sharing, and team events that bring our global community together.

Benefits:

  • Enjoy 25 days of holiday with a company pension and industrial injury insurance.
  • Receive a lunch contribution of 15 DKK/day, along with health insurance.
  • Take advantage of sickness leave and comprehensive family leave options, including maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave.
  • Access anniversary, wedding, and Christmas gifts.
  • Benefit from versatile/hybrid working and a computer glasses allowance (up to 2000 DKK).
  • Utilize full access to Cashcalc and FE Analytics, and access LinkedIn Learning.
  • Participate in our Community Day initiative.
