Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate language development through play, songs, and activities.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, social interaction, and a love for learning.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to meet the diverse needs of each student.
- Integrate French language learning with various subjects, promoting a holistic approach to education.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families, encouraging communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes creativity and exploration.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching preschool-aged children, preferably in a bilingual setting.
- Fluency in French and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young learners and their families.
- Creative and patient approach to teaching, with a passion for fostering children’s development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
