  • Prepare, organize, and proofread briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and background documentation for executive leadership meetings, NPR Board of Directors sessions, and Member station engagements.
  • Track and monitor division email correspondence and workflow queues; triage urgent inquiries, synthesize incoming requests, and route action items to appropriate team leads.
  • Orchestrate logistical planning for internal and external meetings, conferences, division retreats, and Network fly-ins, managing room reservations, audio/visual setup, and catering.
  • Record minutes, track deliverables, and maintain organized digital filing systems across Google Workspace and departmental directories.
  • Serve as the division's administrative point of contact, coordinating office supply inventory, facilities requests, and miscellaneous administrative questions.
  • Support departmental people operations, including scheduling onboarding sessions for new team members and assisting leadership with team retreats, culture initiatives and communications.

The above duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of required responsibilities, duties and skills. Other duties may be assigned, and this job description can be modified at any time.
