Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Basic troubleshooting concerning problems with log-in, interface, devices, connectivity, reports
- Ticket handling (assigning, reassigning, follow up, prioritization, documentation, all according to KPIs)
- Assisting customers with administrative actions in the interface (per request): being able to perform actions and guide customers
- Escalating and forwarding the issues according to existing procedures to 2nd level of support or other teams
- Ticketing boards management
- Ensuring quality standards are being adhered to and issues are being addressed and solved quickly
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Technical and analytical mindset, attention to detail
- Previous Atlassian software or other CRM system working experience (preferred but not essential)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Located in Wroclaw or nearby
- Good Time management
- Reliable Team player
- Willingness to learn
