How this works
This is a general application, not a specific open role. There's no deadline and no closing date — it stays open year-round. Applying here won't lead to an interview right away; instead, your profile is kept on file so our recruiters can find you when the right opportunity comes up. You're welcome to apply to specific open roles on our careers page at any time in addition to this one.
Crazy Maple Studio is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
Requirements
What we look for
Because this is a general application, there's no single checklist — but across our teams, the people who thrive here tend to share a few things:
- Genuine excitement about entertainment, storytelling, gaming, or streaming, and about what we're building at ReelShort and beyond
- Strong ownership — you take initiative, move fast, and follow through without needing to be told twice
- Comfort in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment where priorities shift and roles evolve
- Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and business teams
- Relevant experience or a strong track record in your field, whether that's engineering, content, production, marketing, or operations
Whatever your background, if you're talented and driven, we'd love to hear from you.
