Job Description
Our client is looking for dynamic and driven Medical Representatives to join their growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling dermatological products to healthcare professionals in HCMC across assigned territories, in accordance with defined policies and objectives.
Based in HCMC, the ideal candidates will excel at building strong client relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through new business development and strong customer engagement.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to optimize product positioning and strategy.
- Product Training & Education: Educate clients on product benefits and proper usage.
- Reporting & Analysis: Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Existing experience in dermatological or skincare products, preferably within the mid-premium segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the ability to position products based on their technology and clinical advantages.
- Understanding of clinic and stakeholder motivations, influencing factors, and a partnership-oriented mindset.
- Strong business acumen with the drive to maximize opportunities within existing accounts, expand into new clinics, and identify business potential.
- Strong collaboration mindset and a desire to work closely with colleagues to create synergies.
