- 参加公司的新员工培训，一般安全和仓库物料管理的相关操作流程培训，以及贸易安全培训。
- 按照工作指导书或其他文件要求对物料进行分类，将物料放在架子上或箱子里。
- 封条的检查和日常封条的管理，确保仓库的封条符合ISO17712标准
- 运输工具/货物的害虫检查以及木质包装的检查,确保符合贸易安全标准
- 盘点(包括年度盘点和周期盘点)
- 根据文件核对实物，发货遵循先进先出的原则
- 根据要求转运物料和产品
- 拆包、打包板条箱和其他集装箱, 在物料上贴上标识信息
- 保证出货正确，及时，准确，满足客户的需求和贸易安全的需求
- 货物装载的监管，确保物品正确无误
- 遵守5S规定，保持良好整洁的操作现场
- 遵守政府法律法规和公司的规章制度，满足各种认证和系统的要求
- 保持每日记录的正确性和完整性，并及时给到系统文员
- 对异常，损坏，可疑，应急的突发事项及时报告给直接上级
- 管理人员其他临时安排事宜
- 高中/技校或同等学历
- 有英语基础，至少1~2年物料管理经验
- 对日常工作按既定程序进行，需针对新任务接受指导
- 确保每日货物输入输出正确，库存数据准确
- 持有叉车驾驶证
