Key Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and mentor the Quality Control team, including managing workload distribution, staff planning, and providing on-the-job training.
- Oversee and audit quality control processes, safety practices, and 5S/recycling activities to ensure strict compliance with product standards.
- Create, update, and ensure the implementation of company procedures and documents.
- Drive process improvement projects and develop strategies to optimize safety, cost, quality, inventory, and workflow stability.
- Manage departmental budgeting, employee expenses, and production flow to ensure operational efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints by managing the end-to-end process and internal communications.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Project Management, Quality Standards, and Social Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a highly disciplined and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work systematically and generate periodic, structured reports.
- Solid background in team leadership and management.
