The Senior Developer & Automation Specialist builds the backend integrations, automation workflows, and AI-powered tools that run our internal operations and unlock client automation work. Full-time contractor role, remote-friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop services in Go and Python that integrate with HaloPSA, Microsoft Graph, and vendor APIs
- Build and maintain n8n / Rewst automation workflows
- Contribute to AI/LLM-powered projects (chat agents, document processing, custom GPTs)
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and documentation
- Pair with Project Services on client-facing automation builds
Qualifications:
- 5+ years backend development with Go or Python (or comparable)
- Strong REST API and webhook experience
- Experience with at least one orchestration platform (n8n, Rewst, Zapier, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
