The Opportunity
Contract 18- months
As an Allocation Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of fashion, data and business.
Partnering closely with our Buying team, you’ll turn product strategies and customer behaviour into smart inventory decisions — looking at what’s selling, where the opportunities are and what we should do next.
If you love fashion but also love understanding the why behind the numbers, you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with our Buying team to understand each season’s product and customer strategy and translate it into smart allocation decisions.
- Analyze performance across stores and digital channels, spotting trends and adjusting inventory based on what our customers are telling us.
- Connect the dots between Buying, Planning and Distribution to make sure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
- Anticipate inventory needs around promotions, launches and key business moments while maximizing product performance.
- Keep our allocation systems, inventory information and reporting accurate so teams can make better, faster decisions.

Who You Are
You know retail. You understand what customers are looking for, how product moves and how having the right merchandise in the right place can make a difference. Now, you’re ready to take that experience and curiosity behind the scenes.
- You have experience working in retail and a genuine interest in merchandising, allocation, planning or growing your career on the corporate side of the business.
- You’re curious about the “why” behind the numbers — why something sells in one store but not another, where opportunities exist and what could drive stronger results.
- You have some experience with Excel and, more importantly, you’re motivated to continue building your analytical skills.
- You bring a strong understanding of the store environment, customers and product — experience that can be incredibly valuable in an allocation role.
- You communicate well, enjoy collaborating with others and are comfortable asking questions and learning.
- You are bilingual in French and English, as you’ll regularly collaborate with colleagues and partners across Canada.
