- Moves efficiently throughout the restaurant with a strong sense of urgency and focus.
- Takes ownership of the bar by monitoring and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels, conducting inventory, and assisting managers with inventory ordering.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a bartender
- Valid SmartServe Certification, required
- Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is required.
- WSET preferred but not required
- Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift and move beer kegs, liquor and wine boxes
- Available weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

This is a Part Time position with a minimum 3 shifts a week. To be considered for this position, you must have open availability, open to doubles (lunch/Brunch and Dinner) within the 3 days.
Wage: $17.60- $18.50 + gratuities
