In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging artificial intelligence and process optimisation to enhance operational efficiency across the business.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop, implement and optimise AI and machine learning solutions for our business processes
- Analyse large datasets to identify optimisation and efficiency opportunities
- Integrate AI systems into existing IT infrastructure
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with operational departments to build data-driven solutions
- Monitor, maintain and continuously improve deployed AI models
- Support the automation of business processes through AI
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and data analysis
- Proficiency in Python, R or Java
- Experience with common frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with databases and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Analytical mindset with a structured, independent approach to problem-solving
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Fluent English; Latvian
- Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering)
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI model deployment
- Background in Data Engineering or Big Data technologies
