DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Pricing Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO! This individual should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential residential customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales
- Work directly with management and Service Technicians to find customer solutions
- Provide Service Technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that require additional resources that would be unavailable in the field
- Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing
- Maintain and update CRM system and SAM daily
- Provide a list of labor, materials and parts for order entry
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned by Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
- Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers
- Experience with blue prints/plans and specs (preferred)
- Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
- Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
