Our People are at the heart of everything we do.
Archirodon is a leading EPC construction player, active in 4 continents and counting on average more than 10,000 employees. Since 1959, we see our success as an achievement of our unique, dedicated people who have delivered, over the years, the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor.
Interested in joining a family-like environment with close-knit teams and diversified, sizable EPC projects but you don't see an exact fit? We are growing fast and we are always looking for new bright minds. Become part of our candidate community!
Depending on the job's function, we also usually aim for a university or technical school degree in a relevant area of study from accredited institutions and very good command of English language. Professional experience in a relevant construction sector working for an EPC contractor and specialization in a certain technical field is a key for senior technical positions. However, character matters: what we value most is people who embrace our values and own the right blend of skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn and have an impact!
