We are looking for a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to grow our Supply Chain Planning practice in France. You will help international customers optimise their planning processes, design effective SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions, and deliver successful transformations from requirements through go-live.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead SAP IBP functional workstreams from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration, testing and go-live support.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions and clear functional specifications.
- Configure SAP IBP and coordinate unit testing, integration testing, documentation and solution validation.
- Facilitate customer workshops, explain solution options and support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end supply chain planning processes across SAP solutions.
- Plan and deliver project work packages while maintaining a strong focus on quality, collaboration and customer outcomes.
Your Expertise
- 5–7 years of relevant SAP IBP consulting and implementation experience.
- Participation in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, with hands-on responsibility for SAP IBP configuration or solution design.
- Strong understanding of SAP IBP processes and end-to-end supply chain planning.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and clearly explain alternative approaches, benefits and considerations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both French and English, with strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel according to project requirements.
