We are looking for an experienced SAP Senior TM Consultant to join our Transportation Management consulting team in Romania. You will help international customers optimise end-to-end transportation processes and deliver high-quality SAP TM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and implement end-to-end transportation management processes using SAP TM.
- Take ownership of functional workstreams, from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration, testing and go-live support.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams throughout implementation.
- Facilitate customer workshops, explain solution options and support informed decision-making.
- Integrate SAP TM with other solutions, including SAP ERP, EWM, GTS and EM.
- Plan and deliver SAP TM work packages while ensuring high-quality documentation, validation and project outcomes.
Your expertise:
- 5–7 years of relevant SAP TM consulting experience.
- Functional expertise demonstrated across at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong SAP TM configuration, testing and solution design skills.
- Good cross-module knowledge and the ability to design end-to-end transportation and logistics processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical SAP solutions and identifying process optimisation opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Romanian, with the ability to work effectively in international project teams.
- Willingness to travel according to project requirements
