The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening XTB’s presence in Indonesia. You will drive social media growth, elevate content quality and lead a high-performing team to generate qualified leads and boost brand awareness.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (On-site / Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel social media strategy for XTB Indonesia across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Telegram).
- Build targeted content plans to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, community growth, and qualified lead generation.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-quality content calendars, including educational pieces, market commentary, product updates, short-form videos, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure all content aligns with XTB’s brand positioning, tone of voice, business priorities, and local market context.
- Ensure all external communications comply with local financial regulations and XTB’s responsible investing standards.
- Create social and communication initiatives that support business acquisition goals, such as account openings, app downloads, and webinar sign-ups.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Performance Ads, SEO, Design, Compliance, Sales, Support) to align organic content with paid media and landing pages.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead quality, conversion, audience sentiment) to continuously optimize strategy.
- Monitor market trends, investor behavior, and competitor activities to refine content and channel execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team (content creators, community managers, designers, copywriters) and external agencies or freelancers.
- Establish clear workflows, content standards, approval processes, reporting cadences, and performance expectations for the team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing internal creative teams (designers, copywriters, community managers), setting up workflows and approval processes, and directing external agencies or freelancers.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media, digital communication, or content marketing, ideally within fintech, trading, banking, or other regulated financial industries.
- Deep knowledge of the Indonesian social media market, local retail investor habits, and regional market trends.
- Practical understanding of financial compliance, local regulatory standards, and responsible investing principles.
- Hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and Telegram.
- Ability to map out content calendars covering educational materials, market updates, product news, short-form videos, and brand messaging.
- Proven ability to grow social channels, foster active communities, and drive conversion goals like lead generation, app downloads, account openings, and webinar registrations.
- Strong data focus with the ability to measure performance metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, lead quality, conversion, audience sentiment, and ROI to optimize campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like performance marketing, SEO, compliance, sales, and support to align organic content with paid media strategies.
- Fluent or native in Indonesian and business-level fluent in English, both written and spoken.
