Fees for specific businesses
Information notes:
- All new merchants with physical stores who sign up from September 2026 will automatically receive the new pricing conditions, with zero fees for transactions under €10 and 0.95% for transactions of €10 or more.
- Existing merchants have been informed by email of how the pricing conditions for the Satispay Business Service are being updated.
- Tobacconists and newsagents are charged 0.5% for transactions of €10 or more and zero fees for transactions under €10. This preferential rate will only apply if the activity is listed as the primary activity in the Italian Chamber of Commerce extract (Visura Camerale).
- For the other types of business listed above (e-commerce and vending machines), the standard conditions for that type of business apply.
